Cancel Your Subscription

An Owner* or Admin* can cancel your subscription to Ninety at any time (not a Manager*). 

To do this, select the Cancel my subscription link from the Billing page in Company Settings.

Tip: If you do not see Billing or Settings, please contact your account Admin* to do this for you.

Note: Please reach out to our team to let us know why you are canceling. We would love to hear any feedback you have to offer about our product!
