Terms that appear with an asterisk (*) are configurable and may differ from your Ninety. Explore our glossary of terms.

Finding the Configuration Settings

  1. Click Settings from the navigation menu

  2. Click Configurations.

Note: Users with Owner*, Admin*, and Manager* roles are the only ones that have access to this page.

Updating the Colors and Company Logo

Colors: Select each color pallet and either use the swash to pick a color or enter the R, G, B, Hex #, or H, S, L identifier.

  • Primary controls the filters bar, buttons, toggles, and load bar. Text remains white, so we recommend choosing a darker color.

  • Secondary control non-black headers like in Settings or Past Meetings, plus the underlining and outlining of text boxes.

Company Logo: Click the image and upload a new logo. All users see this change in the upper left corner and on all PDF exports.

Note: Both of these settings are global - meaning they affect anyone that has access to your account.

Configuring Feature Controls

In addition to being able to edit your company logo and colors, the Configuration page is also where you determine, at a company level, how things like Data, Rocks, Issues, and Security are handled.
