Covered in This Article

Use the 1-on-1* tool to document meetings between managers and their direct reports. We recommend holding these kinds of Discussions* quarterly.

Creating a Quarterly or Annual Discussion

When creating a Discussion*, click the appropriate button in the 1-on-1* tool (Quarterly, Annual, or other).

For more on Discussions, click here.

Overview and Settings Tabs

The Overview tab displays:

  • The Discussion's* title

  • Time period outlining which item's due dates are included

  • The due date for the completed form

  • The participants (manager and managee)

Use the Settings tab to manage who participants will evaluate and customize additional parameters.

Quarterly* and Annual Discussions* are visible to both participants — as well as any owners or admins on the account once both parties have submitted their forms. These responses are saved in Ninety indefinitely.

How to Print the Responses

After completing the meeting, you can print the responses for your records.

  1. Return to the 1-on-1* tool.

  2. On the FILTERS taskbar, click the toggle to show completed Discussions*.

  4. Click the PDF icon next to the View Form link.

  5. Download the PDF and print it as needed.
