Ninety includes built-in integrations that sync your To-Dos with six popular task tools. Asana, ClickUp, monday.com, and Todoist sync two ways, so changes like title, due date, assignee, and completion status stay current in both systems. For tools without a native integration — CRMs like Salesforce or HubSpot, Slack, spreadsheets, and thousands more — use Zapier. Zapier lets you build automated workflows ("Zaps"), such as creating a Ninety Issue when a deal changes stage in your CRM, or updating a Scorecard KPI when a value changes in a Google Sheet. The Ninety MCP connector links an AI assistant directly to your Ninety account, so you can ask about your Rocks, Issues, To-Dos, Scorecard, and meetings in plain language and have the assistant create To-Dos, Issues, Rocks, and Headlines for you. It works with Claude, ChatGPT, Grok, and Antigravity, and it runs as you, so it only sees what you can already see in Ninety. The connector is generally available starting Thursday, September 24, 2026, on the Thrive and Legacy plans.

For custom logic, your own tooling, or volumes beyond what Zapier supports, Ninety's Public API provides programmatic access to To-Dos, Issues, Rocks, Milestones, Scorecard, and Teams. The Public API is available on the Thrive and Legacy plans.

Can I connect my CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive) to Ninety?

Ninety doesn't have native CRM integrations. Use Zapier to connect your CRM — for example, creating a Ninety Issue from a CRM event or pulling CRM numbers into your Scorecard. Organizations on the Thrive or Legacy plan can also build a direct connection with the Public API.

Can I sync my To-Dos to my calendar (Google Calendar or Outlook)?

Yes, as tasks. The Google Tasks and Microsoft To-Dos integrations sync your Ninety To-Dos into the task lists that appear alongside Google Calendar and Outlook. They don't create calendar events; to turn To-Dos into calendar events, use Zapier.

Can I get Scorecard data in or out of Excel or Google Sheets?

Yes, with Zapier. For example, a Zap can watch a cell in your spreadsheet and write the value into a Scorecard KPI automatically. Each person sets up Zaps scoped to their own access and teams.

Can I connect AI assistants like Claude or ChatGPT to Ninety?

Does using Zapier cost extra?

There's no extra cost from Ninety — the Zapier integration is included on all paid Ninety plans. Zapier has its own pricing, including a free plan for basic automations.

Does Ninety have an API?

Yes. Ninety's Public API is available on the Thrive and Legacy plans. To generate a Personal Access Token, click your name at the bottom of the left navigation, then User Settings > Developer Settings > Generate New Token. The API reference is published at api.public.ninety.io/v1/swagger.

Can I text items into Ninety?

Not currently. Henryx, Ninety's text-message service for adding Issues, To-Dos, Rocks, and Headlines by SMS, was deactivated on 30 June 2025. The Ninety mobile app is the recommended way to add items on the go.
