How to Create and Document Goals on the Strategy Page in Ninety
The Vision tool's Strategy page is available to all subscription levels. Every team has its own, customizable Strategy page.
The Strategy page offers a one-page look at your Compelling and Audacious Goals (CAGs), 3-year goals, 1-year goals, and 90-day goals. For the three sections below your CAGs, you can enter the following information:
Future Date: The targeted due date to complete the goal(s).
Revenue: Your gross revenue earned.
Profit: Your net profit after expenses.
KPIs: The key performance indicators you'll use to measure success.
Goals: This area is different for each section; it lists specific mile markers or Rocks you aim to complete by the future date.
Permissions required for editing the Strategy page
For the leadership team, only Owners and Admins can edit the leadership team's Vision, Strategy, and SWOT pages. Owners, Admins, and Managers can edit their own team's Vision, Strategy, and SWOT pages.

How the goal sections share a description
The 1-year, 3-year, and 90-day goal sections on your team's Strategy page each share a single description field. Text entered in one section's description will appear across all three.
It is not currently possible to disconnect these sections or assign a unique description to each one independently.
That said, the goal values you enter in each section can be different. Each time horizon can have its own distinct goals, targets, and titles; only the shared description field carries over.
If your team needs to track distinct metrics per time horizon, consider using the Data tool to document period-specific targets alongside your Vision. You can also add a custom section to your Strategy page (if your organization has Custom Vision enabled) to manually document separate notes or descriptions for each time horizon.

Long-term Issues on the Strategy page
Maintaining a long-term Issues list helps teams focus on current priorities while documenting ideas, opportunities, and obstacles to discuss and solve during quarterly or annual planning meetings.
The Long-Term Issues section displays a direct copy of your team's long-term list from the Issues tool. Use it to:
Add new Issues.
Update Issues.
Assign priority values.
View archived Issues.
Sort your list.
Note: Creating Issues is available to paid subscription plans. Users on the free plan will not be able to use this section.
