How to Follow Items in Ninety
Following an item lets you stay informed about it without having to own it. When you follow an item, Ninety can notify you when someone comments on it, based on your notification settings. This article covers which items you can follow, how to follow and unfollow, and how following connects to your notifications.
Following is available to all users on all subscription plans in the web app.

How following connects to notifications
Following an item determines who is notified about it. In your notification settings, the Comments event notifies you when someone comments on an item you own or follow.
To choose how you're notified:
Click your profile icon and select Notifications, or go to User Settings > Notifications > Events.
For each event, toggle Email, Web, and Mobile on or off to match how you want to be notified.
For more on setting up notifications, see Receiving Notifications for Issues.
