How to Receive Notifications for Issues

You can set up Ninety to notify you when someone comments on an Issue you own or follow. Notifications are controlled from your personal notification settings, where you choose which events notify you and whether you receive them by email, web, or mobile.

Setting Up Event Notifications

The Notifications Events settings page with Email, Web, and Mobile toggle columns for events including Assigned to you, Comments, Mentions, and Headlines and Cascading Messages.

To set up your event notifications:

  1. Click your name or profile icon and select Notifications from the popup, or go to User Settings > Notifications > Events.

  2. For each event, toggle Email, Web, and Mobile on or off to match how you want to be notified.

The Comments event notifies you when someone comments on an item you own or follow, so following an Issue is a simple way to stay informed about it. To learn how to follow an Issue or another item, see Following Items in Ninety.

By configuring your notification preferences in Ninety, you can maintain awareness of your tasks and deadlines, fostering accountability and timely progress toward your goals.
