Accessing Ninety Through Your Mobile Device

How Ninety's mobile app improves upon the Henryx SMS experience.

Our newly released mobile app helps you stay aligned with your teams from anywhere. Our previous mobile solution, Henryx, will be deactivated on 30 June 2025. 

We created Henryx to make it easier for users to interact with Ninety when away from their computers. It used simple SMS commands to create items in your company's account. 

Henryx helped users:

  • Add Rocks, Issues, and To-Dos via text
  • Get list summaries
  • Update Headlines on the go
  • Receive reminder texts for overdue items

But it had limitations:

  • SMS-only interface
  • No visibility into full list views
  • No ability to manage or edit items after creation
  • Limited personalization and team context

Our official mobile app is a modern, user-friendly way to:

  • Create, view, and edit Issues, Rocks, and To-Dos
  • Navigate easily between teams and companies
  • Get push notifications (coming soon)

When is Henryx officially shutting down?

 Henryx will no longer be supported after 30 June 2025.

 
 

What happens to the information or tasks I created through HenryX?

 All items created through Henryx — like Rocks, Issues, and To-Dos — will remain in your Ninety account. If they’ve been completed or archived, you can view them anytime in the tool’s archived sections.

 
 

Do I need to manually move anything from HenryX to the mobile app?

No manual migration is needed. Your account, Rocks, Issues, To-Dos, and data are all already part of your Ninety account.

 
 

What if I don't download the mobile app before HenryX sunsets?

If you don't have the app by June 30, 2025, you will lose the ability to create tasks via text. You'll need the mobile app (or desktop platform) to continue managing your work on the go.

Will the mobile app eventually offer even more features than HenryX?
