The mobile app lets you quickly view your Rocks and Milestones and mark Milestones complete on the go.

Tap Rocks on the navigation bar to view your Rocks and Milestones. To access them from My 90, tap off track in the Rocks section, or due today or due this week in the Milestones section.

Two tabs near the top of this view separate Rocks and Milestones, each with a counter. Tap the filter icon on the Rocks tab to filter by Team, Status (Off-Track, On-Track, Complete, Canceled), and Show Archived. Tap the filter icon on the Milestones tab to filter by Due date (All, today, this week, overdue) and Status (All, complete, incomplete).

Tap Apply filters to activate them, or Clear all filters to remove them. Use the Status sort on the Rocks tab and the Due Date sort on the Milestones tab to order each list.

Tap a Rock in your list to access a detailed, mostly read-only view that displays the title, owner, due date, associated team(s), description, Milestone progress (with a progress bar), Milestone names with their owners and due dates, attachments, linked items, and comments.

Note: You can mark Milestones complete on the mobile app, but you cannot change the status of a Rock. Tap Back to Rocks to return to the main list.

To share a Rock, tap the share icon in the bottom left of the screen in the Rock's detail view, then choose a location on your mobile device to copy it to.
