How to Use the My 90 Home Screen on Ninety's Mobile App
Just like our browser-based app, the My 90 workspace is the home screen in the mobile app. It lets you view and track task completion and access other parts of the app based on the activities you need to do on the go.
There are some differences between the mobile app's My 90 page and our web app. The mobile app's My 90 page:
Does not show your KPIs or have a Scorecard section.
Does not have data visualization widgets or sections.
Cannot be customized.
Combines team and private To-Do lists for the overdue or due-this-week categories.
Displays Issues.
Displays off-track Rocks.
These differences allow for a clean, vertical view of your most actionable items in Ninety. Tap any of the options to quickly review your To-Dos, Issues, Rocks, or Milestones.
Top navigation
Company logo (upper left corner): The logo reflects the current company instance of Ninety you're accessing. Tap to view the name of your selected company or switch between multiple companies. You can also search for a company by typing the first few letters of its name.
Profile icon (upper right corner): Tap to see your profile details, including your permission level (Owner, Admin, Manager, Team Member, Observer, or Coach) and your company email address. From here, you can navigate to the Directory, Help & Support, and Sign-out.
Notifications (megaphone icon): Displays unread Headlines and important updates.
Main page sections
Below the navigation panel are four key sections to track your work. Tap a section to see a list of the items included in the number displayed on the left, a count of how many of each item requires your attention:
To-Dos: Displays To-Dos that are overdue or due this week.
Issues: Displays high-priority Issues and Issues created in the last 24 hours.
Rocks: Displays Rocks that are off track.
Milestones: Displays Milestones that are due today or due this week.
Bottom navigation
My 90: Takes you to the My 90 home screen, regardless of where you are in the app.
To-Dos: Takes you to your list of To-Dos, automatically filtered to those that are overdue.
Issues: Takes you to your list of Issues, automatically filtered to those created in the last 24 hours.
Rocks: Takes you to your list of Rocks, automatically filtered to off-track Rocks.
People: Takes you to your list of Quarterly Reviews (no filters applied).
Create (+) button
Tap the global Create (+) button to create or launch:
To-Dos.
Issues.
Quarterly Reviews.
Assessments.
