Can't Login to Ninety?
Can't log in? Don't worry; follow these four quick steps.
- Visit app.ninety.io/login.
- Select "Forgot password" and enter your email in all lowercase.
- Check your email and follow the link.
- After clicking the link, enter a new password.
You are automatically logged in and can use the password you created next time you need to access your account.
Add helpful@ninety.io to your contacts list so the email comes to your inbox. Check your spam if you don't see the email.
Update your Password
Are you already logged in? You can also reset your password from the My Account page.
- Select your profile picture from the bottom left of your screen
- Select User Settings
- Chose Account from the left navigation menu
- Enter your current password
- Now you can update your password, add/edit emails, and more.
