How to Use and Customize Your My 90 Workspace in Ninety

My 90 is the home screen in Ninety. Every time you log in, you land on My 90. It consolidates all the content assigned to you across Ninety's tools — your To-Dos, Rocks (your 90-day priorities), Milestones, and KPIs (the metrics you own on your team's Scorecard) — into a single, customizable workspace.

All licensed users can access and personalize My 90. Changes you make to your layout affect only your view; teammates' workspaces remain unchanged.

On mobile? The My 90 experience on Ninety's mobile app differs from the browser version. See The My 90 Home Screen on Ninety's Mobile App for details.

Video Overview

Watch the video below for an overview of the My 90 workspace in Ninety.

What My 90 shows you

My 90 displays content you personally own. This is different from the individual tool pages (such as the To-Dos or Rocks tools), which display content for your entire team. On My 90, you see only what is assigned or attributed to you.

My 90 includes four content sections by default:

  • To-Dos: Tasks assigned to you by yourself or your team, including both team To-Dos and Private To-Dos.
  • Rocks and Milestones: Your highest-priority goals for the current quarter, along with their current status (on track, off track, or complete). Milestones are an optional Ninety feature that show the smaller, sequenced steps tied to your Rocks, helping you build a clear path to completion.
  • KPIs: The metrics on your team's Scorecard that you are responsible for updating each week.

Each of these sections is a widget that you can show, hide, resize, or rearrange to match your working style.

To-Dos on My 90

The To-Dos section on My 90 shows tasks assigned to you. To-Dos range from critical action items to personal reminders. They are commonly created during weekly team meetings, specifically during the Issue solving portion, or when breaking a Rock down into Milestones.

When a To-Do is created, Ninety automatically sets the due date to seven days from today. You can change the due date by clicking the calendar icon on the To-Do.

Private To-Dos

Private To-Dos are personal tasks visible only to you. They appear in two places: the My 90 workspace and the Private section of the To-Dos tool. They do not appear on any team's To-Dos list.

Rocks on My 90

The Rocks section on My 90 displays the Rocks (90-day priorities) currently assigned to you. EOS® defines a Rock as the most important thing a person must get done in the next 90 days. Owning a Rock means being accountable for its completion, not necessarily doing all the work yourself.

Rock owners are responsible for securing resources, delegating Milestones, and keeping the team informed of progress.

You can update the status of each Rock directly from My 90:

Rock statuses as shown on My 90's Rock widget: Off-track, On-track, Complete, and Canceled.
  • Off track — Update the status to signal the Rock needs attention. Consider adding it to the Issues list.
  • On track — Click the thumbs-up icon to indicate the Rock is progressing as planned.
  • Complete — Mark the Rock done when all work is finished.
  • Canceled When an incomplete Rock is no longer going to be worked on this quarter, you can mark it as canceled.

Milestones

Milestones are the subtasks that break a Rock into smaller, manageable steps. They appear in the My 90 Rocks section just below each Rock. Click a Milestone to open its details panel and make updates or add comments.

KPIs on My 90

The KPIs section lists the Scorecard metrics assigned to you. Each week, you can update your KPI scores directly from My 90 — changes made here sync automatically to your team's Scorecard.

If you are accountable for a KPI but want someone else to enter the data, you can delegate the data-entry responsibility to another team member from within the KPI's settings. See Creating and Updating KPIs for instructions.

My 90 Charts

The My 90 charts give you a visual snapshot of your performance across To-Dos, Rocks, and KPIs. Use the dropdown menus to filter by team and select the type of graph.

To-Dos

An advanced pie chart displaying To-Dos data for a user over the previous 90 days.

The To-Dos chart displays To-Dos created in the last 90 days, including archived items. Completion percentages are based on the original due date, not any dates you may have updated since.

You can display data from all your teams or choose a specific one from the dropdown.

Choose from several different chart types, including:

  • Pie Grid
  • Advanced Pie Chart (shown above)
  • Pie Chart
  • Grouped Vertical Bar
  • Gauge

The chart has two display options:

  1. Completed On Time/Late.
  2. Past Due.

Rocks

A pie grid chart of Rock statuses for the current quarter.

The Rocks Chart shows the current status of all your Rocks that have not been archived or deleted.

You can display data from all your teams or choose a specific one from the dropdown.

  • Pie Grid (shown above)
  • Advanced Pie Chart
  • Pie Chart

KPIs

A pie grid view of a user's weekly Measurable data.

The KPIs chart reflects performance based on the last three scoring periods for the selected time frame. Color indicators:

  • 🟢Green indicates that the KPI has been on track for all three weeks.
  • 🟡Yellow indicates missing one or more periods.
  • 🔴Red indicates all three scores have been below target.

You can sort by any of the period intervals from your teams' Scorecards:

Customizing your My 90 layout

The top of Ninety's My 90 page includes the "Edit Layout" button toward the top right of the page on the filters bar.

All sections on My 90 are widgets you can add, remove, resize, and rearrange. Your layout is personal, so adjusting it does not affect your teammates' workspaces.

To customize your layout:

  1. Click Edit Layout in the top-right corner of the My 90 page.
  2. To add a widget, click it in the Add Sections panel on the right side of the screen.
  3. To remove a widget, click the red trash icon in the top-right corner of the widget's card.
  4. To rearrange widgets, drag and drop them to your preferred position.
  5. To resize a widget, drag the double-sided arrow icon in the bottom-right corner of the widget's card.
  6. Click Save when you are finished.

Note: Customizing your layout changes what sections appear and how they are arranged. It does not filter or change the content within each section. The items shown in each widget are determined by what is assigned to you in the corresponding tool.

Troubleshooting your My 90 Workspace

An item I own isn't appearing on My 90. My 90 displays content assigned directly to you. If an item is missing, confirm that you are the assigned owner. If the item was recently created, try refreshing the page. If the section itself is not visible, the widget may be hidden: click Edit Layout to check whether the relevant section has been removed and re-add it if needed.

A section I expect to see is missing. Each content section is an optional widget. If a section (such as Rocks or KPIs) is not visible, it may have been removed during a previous layout edit. Click Edit Layout and look in the Add Sections panel to restore it.

My layout looks different than it did before. Layout customizations are stored in your browser. If you clear your browser cache, switch to a different browser, or log in from a different device, your My 90 layout may revert to the default. Reapply your preferred layout using Edit Layout and save again. If the issue persists, contact support.
