How to Manage Assessments on Ninety's Mobile App
The mobile app lets you launch assessments to teams you select, complete assessments assigned to you, and view assessment results. Tap People on the navigation bar, then the Assessments tab, to get started.
Viewing assessments
The Assessments list includes both assessments you own and have launched and those you've been assigned to complete. Each one shows the name, due date, and status (Not Started, In Progress, Complete). By default, the list is sorted with the soonest due dates at the top.
Tap the filter icon in the upper right corner to filter by Team, Show (All, Active, Complete), and Created by Me. Tap Apply filters to activate them, or Clear all filters to remove them.
Creating and scheduling an assessment
Tap the Create (+) button in the lower right corner of the screen.
Select the Assessment button at the top of the Create window.
Add the details: select your assessment from the dropdown, title, description, launch date, end date, assessment recipients (the team you want to complete it), whether to create To-Dos for recipients, and the report recipients (the team that receives the results).
Tap Create Assessment to launch it and return to the main list.
Completing an assessment
Tap the assessment, or swipe left and tap View.
Tap Start.
Answer each question (use the arrows to return to previous questions).
Tap Finish when you're done.
Tap the floppy disk icon to save your progress and exit. The Finish button isn't active until you've answered all the available questions.
Editing an assessment
To edit an assessment, swipe left on it from the list view and tap the pencil icon, then tap Edit in the lower right corner to adjust the title, description, and end date. Tap Save to save your changes or Revert to undo them. You can delete an assessment by tapping the trash can icon in the lower left corner and confirming.
Ending or reopening an assessment
To end an assessment early (before its end date): tap People from the navigation bar, tap the assessment, tap End Early, then tap End Early again to confirm.
To reopen an assessment that has ended: tap People from the navigation bar, tap a completed assessment, tap Reopen Assessment, choose a new end date, then tap Reopen Assessment to confirm.
Viewing results and completion status
To check whether assigned participants have completed an assessment, swipe left to edit it from the main list; the detail view shows each participant's status, with a green checkmark indicating completion. To view the results of a completed assessment, swipe left and tap the pencil icon; the view shows whether the assessment was complete (all participants finished) or incomplete, along with the results.
