How to View Your Scorecard on Ninety's Mobile App
Check where your team's KPIs landed for the last completed week, month, quarter, or year, right from your phone.
Can you see your Scorecard on Ninety's mobile app? Yes, if your company is in Ninety's Beta Program. The mobile Scorecard is a read-only view of one team's KPIs (the numbers your team tracks to see how the business is doing) for the most recent completed reporting period. You'll find it under Data in the app. Use it to check your numbers on the go or before your Weekly Team Meeting. Entering and editing scores still happens in the Ninety web app.
Important: The mobile Scorecard is in beta. To see it, your company must be enrolled in Ninety's Beta Program and on a paid plan (Essentials, Accelerate, Thrive, or Legacy).
Who can view the Scorecard on mobile
Owners, Admins, Managers, Team Members, and Observers can view the Scorecard on mobile for any team whose Scorecard they can view in the web app. The mobile Scorecard is read-only for every role. No one can enter, edit, or delete scores, KPIs, or groups from the mobile app.
Opening the Scorecard on mobile
The Scorecard lives under Data in the More menu of Ninety's mobile app. To open it:
The Scorecard shows one team's Scorecard at a time. The chips under the page title show which team and period you're viewing.
What the mobile Scorecard shows
The mobile Scorecard shows each KPI's score for the most recent completed reporting period: last week on the Weekly Scorecard, last month on the Monthly Scorecard, last quarter on the Quarterly Scorecard, and last year on the Annual Scorecard. The current, in-progress period does not appear on mobile, because most teams don't finish entering those numbers until the period ends.
For example, on Thursday, October 8, the Weekly Scorecard shows the week of September 28 to October 4. Weeks follow your company's weekly start day setting.
KPIs appear in the same groups they belong to on the web Scorecard. Each group shows:
The group's name.
How many of the group's KPIs are on track, followed by the period you're viewing. Weekly Scorecards show the week's date range (for example, "0 of 3 on track · Sep 28 - Oct 4"), and Monthly Scorecards show the month (for example, "0 of 3 on track · September").
A caret on the right. Tap it to collapse or expand the group.
Each KPI shows:
A colored bar on the left (green, yellow, or red) that matches the KPI's status indicator color on the web Scorecard. Status is based on the KPI's last three completed periods, so a KPI can meet its goal this period and still show yellow.
The owner's profile picture.
The KPI's name.
The KPI's goal (for example, "Goal: >= 96,000").
The score for the period, on the right. If no score was entered for the period, the KPI shows No value.
The owner's picture and the goal follow your team's Scorecard settings. If your team turns off the Owner column or the Goal column in the web app, that detail is hidden on mobile too. Learn more in Customizing Your Team's Scorecards with Settings.
Note: The Show current week setting does not change the mobile Scorecard. Mobile always shows the most recent completed period, whether or not your web Scorecard shows the current period.
Filtering the mobile Scorecard
The mobile Scorecard's filters let you choose the team, owner, and period you're viewing. The team and period you're viewing appear as chips under the page title.
To change your filters:
Tap the filter icon in the top right corner of the Scorecard.
Choose a Team, an Owner, and a Period.
Tap Apply filters.
The Filter panel has three options:
Team. Select the team whose Scorecard you want to view. The mobile Scorecard shows one team at a time, so there is no option to view all teams together.
Owner. Select All to see every KPI on the team's Scorecard, or select one person to see only the KPIs they own.
Period. Select Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, or Annual. These match the four Scorecard tabs in the Data tool in the web app.
To reset your filters, tap the filter icon, then tap Clear all filters.

Troubleshooting
Issue: I don't see Data in the More menu.
Solution:
Confirm your company is enrolled in Ninety's Beta Program. Enrollment can take up to three business days to process.
Update Ninety's mobile app to the latest version from the App Store or Google Play.
Close and reopen the app.
If the issue persists, contact support.
Issue: A KPI shows No value on the mobile Scorecard.
Solution:
No score was entered for that KPI for the most recent completed period. Open the Data tool in the Ninety web app.
Enter the missing score for that period.
Reopen the Scorecard in the mobile app to see the updated score.
If the issue persists, contact support.
Issue: A KPI I expected to see is missing from the mobile Scorecard.
Solution:
Check the team chip under the page title. Make sure you're viewing the team whose Scorecard includes the KPI.
Tap the filter icon, set Owner to All, and tap Apply filters.
Check the period chip. Each KPI belongs to one Scorecard (Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, or Annual), so a monthly KPI appears only when the period is set to Monthly.
If the issue persists, contact support.
