How to Use Ninety's Mobile App

The Ninety mobile app is a simple, easy-to-use version of the Ninety platform designed for mobile devices, allowing you to stay connected with your team and manage your daily tasks and work activities anytime, anywhere. Whether you're tracking Rock completion, checking off To-Dos, completing a Quarterly Review, or launching an assessment, the mobile app keeps everything you need at your fingertips.

Ninety's mobile app supports the following tools:

Who the mobile app is for

The mobile app accelerates company growth by enabling team members at all levels to take action on key priorities, complete daily tasks from anywhere, collaborate, and stay aligned with strategic goals. It's designed for anyone who needs to stay engaged with their organization on the go, including:

  • Executives and leaders who want to assess company health and maintain alignment on company vision and goals.

  • Managers who oversee team performance and priorities.

  • Team Members who need to complete tasks, update items, and stay informed.

  • Coaches and facilitators who support multiple organizations using Ninety.

Our mobile app is completely free. Your Ninety account from the web app is directly connected to the mobile app for all companies on a paid subscription plan (Essentials, Accelerate, or Thrive).

How to get started

  1. Download the app. Search "Ninety" or "Ninety Business" in the Google Play or Apple App Store.

  2. Log in. Use your Ninety credentials to sign in.

  3. Explore the My 90 homepage. Navigate through your My 90 view to see the number of To-Dos, Rocks, Issues, and Milestones you need to complete.

  4. Use the global controls. Use the navigation panel at the bottom of your screen to move between My 90, To-Dos, Issues, Rocks, and People. Use the Create (+) button to create To-Dos, launch new assessments, and prepare for new Quarterly Reviews.

Log in options

To log into Ninety's mobile app, use the same credentials you use for the web application:

To reset biometric settings:

  1. Tap your profile icon on the top right of the My 90 page, then tap Settings.

  2. Tap Biometric Settings, then reset the biometric setting of your choice.

What Coaches can view on the mobile app

We designed our mobile app first and foremost for individual users to view and act on the items most essential to them (their To-Dos, Rocks, Milestones, and team's Issues). Since Coaches cannot own items, their Rocks and To-Dos sections in the mobile app will always be blank. However, they can view Issues for organizations that have invited them to their company account.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need a separate login for the mobile app?

No. You can use the same credentials as your Ninety web account.

Is there a difference between the mobile and desktop versions?

Yes. Our mobile app is designed to bring some of our most-used productivity features to mobile devices, primarily to help out-of-office team members stay up to date and productive. The mobile app also allows you to view all your To-Dos and Issues across several teams on a single list.

Can I use the app offline?

No. An internet connection is required to sync updates in real time.

Can I add users in the mobile app?

No. You cannot add users in the mobile app. To add users, have a current user with Manager or higher permissions access the Directory tool from the web app.

Can I mark a Rock as complete from the mobile app?

No. You cannot change the status of a Rock on the mobile app, but you can mark Milestones as complete.

Will this app work on my phone?

To ensure the best possible experience, we support hardware released approximately in the last five years, following the same standards used across the tech industry. Older phones and outdated operating systems may not reliably run new security updates, features, or performance improvements. To keep your experience smooth and secure, we recommend updating your device and operating system whenever possible.
