Add licenses
Before uploading your file, you can add the number of licenses you'll need through the billing portal. We'll automatically add licenses to your account based on the number of Team Member, Manager, Admin, and Coach roles uploaded.
Create teams
One of the key benefits of the bulk upload process is to get your new users assigned to their teams in the same process. If you just created your company on Ninety or have more teams to add, be sure to create those teams before uploading your file.
