How to Use Ninety's Directory on Mobile
The Directory in the mobile app provides quick access to information about your organization's people in a read-only format.
Adding users
You cannot add users from the mobile app. To add new users to your account, have a current user with Manager or higher permissions access the Directory tool from the web app on their computer. Learn more in Adding and Inviting Users to Your Account.
Accessing the Directory from My 90
Tap your profile icon in the upper right corner of your screen.
Tap Directory from the options listed.
Viewing contacts
The Directory displays a list of all individuals in your organization. Use the search bar to quickly find any user by their first or last name.
Tap on a user's name to open their contact card, which displays their:
Profile icon.
Full name.
Email address.
Phone number.
Emergency contact info.
Team affiliations.
Biographical info.
Swipe down on the contact card to close it.
