Inviting Users
When inviting and adding users to Ninety, there are two different ways to do it — they can be added to your company as a licensed user or only to the directory.
When you add a user to the company, they're invited to the company through email. Once a user accepts the invite, they have a login and the ability to be assigned a Role. Learn more about Roles for invited users. This action requires a license.
Added to Company | Added to Directory |
---|---|

Can be assigned tasks (Rocks, To-Dos, Issues, KPIs) | Cannot be assigned any tasks (Rocks, To-Dos, Issues, KPIs) |
Can be added to the Responsibilities Chart | Can be added to the Responsibilities Chart for tracking seats |

Re-Inviting a User
The invite sent through the above process is valid for 14 days. If they do not accept the invite within 14 days, the invite will need to be resent. To resend, click the Re-invite button next to the user's name. Verify their email address and send. The invited user receives a new email link to join Ninety.
Tip: If there is no Re-invite button, that means the user is already active and needs to log in (https://app.ninety.io/login).
