How to Upload or Change Your Profile Photo

Managing your profile picture in Ninety is straightforward. Follow these steps to upload or update your photo.

From the Directory:

1. Navigate to the Directory and locate your name.
2. Click on your user details to open your profile.
3. Hover over the profile picture area and click it.
4. Click Upload photo or drag an image file into the window, then click Change photo.
5. Click Save at the bottom of the detail window to confirm your changes.

From User Settings:

1. Navigate to User Settings by clicking on your name from the bottom of the left navigation and then clicking User Settings.
2. Hover over the profile picture area and click it, then select Change photo
3. Click Upload photo or drag an image file into the window, then click Change photo.
4. Click Save Changes near the top right of the page.

Note: For the best experience, use a desktop or laptop computer when uploading profile photos.

Understanding Role-Based Permissions

Your ability to change profile photos depends on your role in Ninety:

Individual Users:

• Active users of all user roles can update their own profile photo through User Settings or the Directory.

Admins and Owners:

• Have permission to manage user details, including profile photos for their organization.

Managers:

• Managers do not have permission to change other users' profile photos.

Upgrading Permissions:

• To gain photo management permissions for other users, you may need to upgrade your role to Admin or Owner.

Where Does My Profile Image Show

Each user's profile image is displayed in several areas across Ninety:

• Every item assigned to you, including Rocks, To-Dos, Issues, Headlines, and KPIs.
• Your Seat(s) on the Org Chart.
• The Directory.
• Scribe and Facilitator roles for upcoming scheduled meetings.
• Participants logged into Ninety who have joined your meeting.
