Welcome to the Ninety Help Center
We pride ourselves on creating an easy-to-use, highly impactful tool. We used those same ideals when creating our Help Center. The Ninety Help Center provides clear and helpful information on how to use the Ninety platform. This article explains how to get the best out of our Help Center, which includes finding what you're looking for, sending us feedback if your environment doesn't match our instructions, or just asking us questions about a topic.
Upon first entering the Help Center, you chose your BOS - Ninety or EOS. This provides a personalized Help Center experience and ensures you see the same default verbiage and color scheme.
Finding Information
Our Help Center offers many different ways to find information. You can use our search bar, our tool-based categories, or our chat option to ask a live agent.
Search Bar
The search bar provides links to relevant articles and uses AI to instantly provide instructions to many common queries. Meaning, you may not even have to click into an article to get your answer.
You can always click into an article for a more detailed answer and additional information.
No Search Results
If you search for something that does not return any results, please feel free to fill out the brief form to let us know.
Tool-Based Categories
On the left side of your screen, you'll find a list of tool-based categories. These categories mirror the tools in your Ninety environment (app.ninety.io). Each category offers an introduction to the tool and articles explaining how to use it, best practices, and additional resources.
Chat
From anywhere on the Help Center, you see the chat icon in the lower right of your screen. Click this at any time to ask our customer support staff a question. After you ask your question, you can continue searching the help center for your answer while the chat remains active.
Providing Feedback
