How to Assess Team Progress
As you add content and assign it to your team members, you can check in on each team's progress through the content in Edit mode. Like many of our other tools, the Knowledge Portal organizes content monitoring by team. Within each team, leaders can view the progress of any topic.
Only users with Manager or higher permissions can assess team and individual progress.
To see how a team is progressing through a specific collection:
- Enable Edit Mode. Click Knowledge Portal from the left navigation and click Edit on the Learn/Edit toggle on the top right of the page.
- Choose a collection. Click one of the collection tiles on the Knowledge Portal's home page.
- Choose a team. Click the Team dropdown and select a team from the list.
- View a topic's completion status. Click one of the icons on a topic's row to open a progress panel, which shows the overall completion rate of the topic for each team member who has engaged with the content.
- View each subtopic's completion status. Click the icon next to the name of one of the subtopic's titles to open a popup detailing each team member's complete or incomplete status.

While reviewing a team's progress in the Knowledge Portal, you can quickly create a To-Do, Issue, Rock, or Headline from any topic or subtopic by clicking the ellipsis on the far right of its row and selecting the item you want to create.
