Can I Print Directly from the Knowledge Portal?

The Knowledge Portal does not have built-in export or print functionality.

While you can use your browser’s print option (Ctrl+P or Command+P), it often cuts off content and produces incomplete or hard-to-read results.

 

What Are My Options If I Need Printed Content?

We understand that some users still need to print their content from the Knowledge Portal. Here are some workarounds.

For individual process documentation:

1. Copy and paste into another program

  • Open the specific topic or subtopic.
  • Select the text (Ctrl+A, then Ctrl+C).
  • Paste into Microsoft Word, Google Docs, or another editor.
  • Format and print as needed.

2. Take screenshots

  • Windows: Use Snipping Tool or Snip & Sketch.
  • Mac: Press Command+Shift+3 (full screen) or Command+Shift+4 (selection).
  • For long processes, take multiple screenshots and combine them into a document.
