Single Sign-On (SSO) is a secure method for logging into applications using an existing account instead of creating a new username and password. We support logging into app.ninety.io with Google SSO using a Gmail account or Microsoft SSO using a Microsoft email account.

Google Single Sign-On (SSO)

You can use your Gmail account to activate and sign in to your Ninety account. Here's how:
- Navigate to app.ninety.io.
- Click Log in with Google or Sign up with Google.
- Enter your Google Gmail credentials or click the relevant Gmail account.
Microsoft Single Sign-On (SSO)
You can use your Microsoft email account to activate or sign in to your Ninety account. Here's how:
- Navigate to app.ninety.io.
- Click Log in with Microsoft or Sign up with Microsoft.
- Enter your Microsoft account information or click the relevant account.
Microsoft SSO became available in July 2025. We've automatically linked your account for SSO for existing Ninety users who use their Microsoft email for their primary Ninety email address.
What if my Microsoft email address isn't recognized for SSO?
Some accounts did not automatically connect when we linked existing Ninety accounts with the Microsoft SSO service. If you try to log in to your Ninety account with Mircosoft SSO, and it fails, we'll ask you some quick questions to finish syncing your Microsoft account with Ninety.
